Bid Title:	Northampton Digital Marketing Campaign

Description: The City of Northampton invites sealed proposals from qualified marketing firms to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing campaign to attract more visitors and strengthen the local economy. The total estimated budget for this project is approximately $150,000, of which $75,000 is funded through a secured grant and the remainder through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) allocations. Funding for any contract terms beyond Year 1 is subject to annual appropriation and the availability of funds.
