Public Works- RFQ Professional Engineering Services

Public Notice is hereby given that the Kent County Levy Court, Department of Public Works (County) will accept Statements of Qualifications from Professional Engineering firms for the specific project as outlined below.  Interested firms shall submit four (4) printed copies of their submittals and one (1) digital copy in pdf format on or before 4:00 p.m., June 26, 2025, to the Kent County Levy Court Department of Public Works located at 555 Bay Road, Dover, Delaware 19901.  Envelopes shall be marked “RFQ –SEPTIC ELIMINATION PROJECTS ENGINEERING SERVICES”.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to select one or more consulting firms to provide engineering services for planning, investigation, survey, design, permitting and preparation of construction and bid specifications and documents for septic elimination projects.  The project involves preparing Environmental Information Document/Environmental Report, Preliminary Engineering Report as required by funding agencies and cost estimates
