Description:	Construction of Sadler's Poynt/North Camden Waterfront Park, N. 6th Street and Byron Street. The park improvements will include a greenway path, lighting, fencing, landscaping, stormwater improvements, parking lot construction, and the construction of a fixed and floating docks. Removal of debris throughout the site is required as well as placing one (1) feet of certified clean topsoil for the purpose of “Capping” historic fill. All material removed from site must be disposed of at a licensed facility.
