Will vendor questions that are submitted be answered specifically back to that vendor orposted as an addendum on the public site? both3. Page 5 of the document (included under General Information) states that, among otherthings, proposals must contain a statement concerning the number of personnel withqualifications and experience. This is also referenced on Page 7 under the scoring rubric: 20%number of key personnel with qualifications and experience. Can you please clarify if this isreferring to potential talent to fill the staffing needs or corporate personnel employed by thevendor who will be directly supporting CCSD? This is just a criteria used to help with thedecision-making process. We are only interested in personnel employed by the vendor whocould be directly supporting CCSD.4. Are the pricing and references required to be submitted on the forms included in the RFPdocument or is that the format submissions should follow?a. Additionally, Page 5 states that “Proposals must contain, as a minimum, thefollowing forms:”i. Certification & Acceptance Form (2 pages I see included)ii.
