Description: The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is for Washington County to secure services for Phase I archeological surveys and Phase I environmental site assessments for two properties owned/to be owned by the Belwin Conservancy which are under consideration for a county conservation easement. These projects were awarded funds from the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources through their Natural and Scenic Areas grant program. This request includes the information of both properties; however, individual Phase I archeological surveys and Phase I environmental site assessment’s will be drafted independently for each property.
