Project Description: Work will include garage repair and maintenance work in the Market Street Garage and the Muhammad Ali Center Garage in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Work include concrete repairs, post tensioned cable repairs, installation of corrosion inhibitor and vehicular traffic membranes, facade sealant repairs, drain/pipe repairs, and masonry repairs. The project also includes an allowance to perform repairs to the Main Street Facade located at 615 Main Street.
