Event Description

The University of Alabama is requesting sealed bids to establish a Contract for off-campus housing for students to begin on August 1, 2025 for an initial Contract term of 12 months.  The University anticipates leasing approximately up to 100 rooms for the 25-26 school year. For school year 26-27 anticipates leasing approximately up to  800 rooms and on an as needed basis thereafter. The total number of rooms to be leased will vary and the University does not guarantee any specific quantity of rooms will be leased during any Contract term.
