Description: The Support Services Department is seeking qualified firms to provide jail laundry services with all linens leased.  The start date for these services is set to be July 1, 2025. Sealed Proposals subject to the conditions made a part hereof will be received until 2:00 p.m., on May 14, 2025 for furnishing services described herein.  In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this opening will take place on the next business day. All offerors must be able to provide: 3.1 This quote is for jail laundry services and leased garments. The items that is included in laundry, pants, tops, underwear (male & female), socks, towels, washcloths, sheets and blankets. No price increases will be allowed during the contract term. 3.2 There should be no scheduled pick-ups or deliveries before, 7 am or after, 4 pm. 3.3 All items must be completely dry, failure to do so, will result in all items being rejected and sent back for drying.
