Description: Park County is seeking an architect to provide architectural services and coordinate engineering services for the next phase of rehabilitation at the Old County Courthouse located at 418 Main Street in Fairplay, CO. This 1874 building on the National Register of Historic Places is an important historic resource of the area and a priority preservation project for the community.
