Bid Title:	2026 Utility Operations Chemical Bid Proposal

Description: The City of Bismarck, North Dakota is requesting bids for the supply of bulk pebbled quicklime, liquid phosphate blend, chlorine gas, sodium hypochlorite, sodium bisulfite, ferric chloride, fluorosilicic acid, liquid ammonium sulfate, liquid carbon dioxide, and liquid calcium nitrate for calendar year 2026.  Bids will be received by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, in the office of the City Administrator, until three (3:00) o’clock p.m., Thursday, November 20, 2025.  Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at four (4:00) o’clock p.m., on Thursday, November 20, 2025. We are offering the ability to appear at the bid opening via video/audio on Microsoft Teams, in addition to appearing in person.  There is no charge for this.  If you wish to appear virtually at the bid opening, please send your email address to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. no later than 10:00 a.m. on the bid opening day.  We will arrange a video bid opening for you to see and hear as the bids are opened.
