The City of Madison reserves the rightto reject any and all bids.The work is generally described as follows:Expansion of the existing terminal apron, including erosion control items, subgradepreparation, pavement expansion, grading & drainage improvements, sodding, pavementmarkings, and related incidental items.The total contract time for the project is 180 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall commenceconstruction (Phases 1 & 2) within 120 days of the Notice to Proceed, and shall complete all work(Phases 1 & 2) within 60 consecutive calendar days after the construction commencement date.Liquidated damages may be assessed for failure to complete phased work in the times shown in thecontract documents.A pre-bid conference is planned for this project on May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM in the Conference Room atMadison Air Center, 7450 Old Canton Road, Madison, MS 39110.
