Proposers shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum with their proposalsubmission.1. Shop Layout DrawingsIn response to a vendor inquiry, Paulding County is providing shop layout plans to assistproposers in understanding the facility configuration and potential equipment placement.Vendor Question:Could you please share a building layout and indicate where the tanks will be set?County Response:The County is providing shop layout drawings with this Addendum. These drawings illustratethe general layout of the Fleet Maintenance Facility where the compressed air and lubricationsystem will be installed.Proposers should note that final placement and configuration of tanks and associated equipmentmay be adjusted during final design coordination with the County.2. Scheduled Site VisitTo provide vendors an opportunity to better understand the facility layout and installationenvironment, Paulding County will conduct a non-mandatory site visit.Site Visit InformationDate: March 13, 2026Time: 2:30 p.m.Location:Paulding County Fleet Maintenance Facility1377 Industrial BoulevardDallas, GA 30132All interested vendors are encouraged to attend.Vendors attending the site visit should check in upon arrival.
