CLEANING SPECIFICATIONS FOR:


Warren County Courthouse

Courthouse Annex, 33 Hickory St. (3 days per week)

Rouse Annex Bldg., 911 Center (3 days per week)

Warren, Pennsylvania 16365


AREAS TO BE SERVICED:


A - Warren County Courthouse

(with the exception of 3rd floor, where you will pick up garbage only)

B - Entire Warren County Hickory Street Annex (333 Hickory St.)

C - Rouse Annex Bldg. (3 days per week)


FREQUENCY OF SERVICE: 2 separate quotes requested


#1 A Entire Warren County Annex (Hickory St.) – five days per week

B Entire Warren County Courthouse (except 3rd floor area) – five days per week

C Rouse Annex Bldg. - 3 days per week


#2 A Entire Warren County Annex (Hickory St.) – three days per week

B Entire Warren County Courthouse (except for 3rd floor area) – three days per week

C Rouse Annex Bldg. 3 days per week


TERM OF CONTRACT:


Three-year contract unless terminated by either party upon 60 days written notice


PART ONE:


DAILY SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:


1. Empty all interior waste receptacles and place trash in the dumpster provided by the Warren County Commissioners. Replace liners as needed. A, B, C

2. Dust all horizontal surfaces and ledges (Window sills) or damp wipe as needed. A, B, C

3. Vacuum all carpeted areas in offices. A, B, C

4. Dust mop or sweep and damp mop all hard (tile) floors. A, B, C

5. Clean and disinfect restrooms which includes the following: A, B , C

a. Empty all waste receptacles

b. Dust all furniture, fixtures and ledges

c. Clean all mirrors

d. Clean and disinfect all wash basins inside and out

e. Clean and disinfect all commodes and urinals inside and out

f. Spot clean all walls and doors

g. Dust mop or sweep all floors

h. Damp mop all restrooms floors using a detergent disinfectant


WEEKLY SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED: A, B, C


1. Vacuum corners and edges weekly.

2. Remove all fingerprints, smudges, smears from glass, doors, light switches and plates and kick plates.

3. Spot clean door glass, both sides (outside weather permitting)


SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:


1. All restroom materials will be supplied by the county for areas A,B, C, and in the court offices, and the jury room.

Included are: All paper products, soaps, disinfectant spray and deodorant spray.

2. Any and all equipment necessary for cleaning, mopping, etc. will be supplied by the contractor. A, B, C

3. Liability insurance, naming Warren County as a co-insured, shall be supplied to the Commissioners prior to the commencement of work in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

4. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a contract encompassing the above term prior to the commencement of work.


BID THE FOLLOWING SEPARATELY – TO BE BILLED AT THE TIME THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED


PART TWO


QUARTERLY SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED:


1. Bathroom floors to receive mechanical scrub


All contractors employees must have a background check before cleaning any of the buildings.
