Description: The Paradise Irrigation District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to update the District’s 2020 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP). The plan needs to meet all State requirements and procedures as outlined in Section 10610 et seq. of the California Water Code (Water Code) and the Department of Water Resources (DWR) 2025 Urban Water Management Plan Guidebook for Water Suppliers (DWR Guidebook), which is planned for release Summer 2025. All 2025 UWMPs must be submitted to the DWR by July 1, 2026.
