Description: The City of Clemson & McMillan Pazdan Smith (hereafter referenced to as “the City”) are seeking the service of a ?rm or team of ?rms (hereafter the “construction manager”) to consultation and recommendations for a Construction Manager at Risk (CM@R) consultation and pre-construction services for the City’s Arts Center. The new Arts Center will be located in the newly acquired section of Nettles Park off of Porter road, at this time McMillan Pazdan Smith has completed the conceptual and schematic design. The selected construction manager is expected to provide an integrated review with our architectural team lead by McMillan Pazdan Smith during the design process.
