The General Contract Clauses (Section 20), the Standard Instructions/Conditions for Request for Proposals (Section 30) will

no longer be incorporated in solicitations but will be incorporated by reference in the City of Shreveport (hereinafter the City)

book of Standard Solicitation Instructions / Provisions and General Contract Clauses; which are available at

www.shreveportla.gov (click on Business, then on Bids & RFPs). If you do not have a computer, you can use one of the public

use computers that are available at the Shreve Memorial Library or at most library branches.
