Sealed Proposals for the construction of "CDBG First Street Improvements for the City of Eureka, Kansas" JEO Project No. 251440.00; CDBG Project No. 24-HR-001, will be received by the City Clerk, at 309 N. Oak Street, until 2:00pm on the 19th day of May 2026, and thereafter will be read aloud.

The work is generally described as follows: This project will consist of the removal and reconstruction of 1st Street from approximately Poplar Street to N Sycamore Street in Eureka, Kansas.

Proposals will be taken for the said construction work listed above by unit prices, as an aggregate bid for the entire project.
