	Project Description		One-Two Sentences UNC Greensboro is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals for the project entitled, North and South Spencer Residence Halls HVAC Replacement. The scope of this project is to add redundancy to the HVAC system by replacing the mechanical systems, including fan coil units, AHUs, mechanical piping and updating mechanical rooms to provide both chilled and hot water to HVAC units. Target construction complete by July 31, 2028. Current project authorization is for Advanced Planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the University's option. Letters of Interest are due by 12:00p.m. on December 5, 2025.
