Description: Owner will receive sealed bids for the Work generally described as follows: Electrical Work to Install Village Supplied Electric Vehicle (EV) Chargers, as further set forth and described in "Attachment A – Specifications" to this Request for Bids. Publication Date/Time: 9/9/2025 3:00 PM Closing Date/Time: 9/30/2025 1:00 PM Contact Person: Daniel Juarez, Facilities Manager (847) 664-4117 Daniel.Juarez@northbrook.il.us Miscellaneous: All bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting walk-though on Monday, September 15 at 9 a.m. at Village Hall (rear parking lot) located at 1225 Cedar Lane, Northbrook, Il, 60062. After the pre-bid meeting, all bidders will visit the Work Sites (the parking lot at the rear of the Northbrook Village Hall, as more fully described in this RFB) to view the area of work, gather additional information, and ask specific questions. Attendance shall be taken at the Work Site to ensure that all contractors and subcontractors have visited the Work Site. Representatives of the Village will be present to discuss the Work and answer questions.
