Description: Webster Groves is seeking qualified applicants to submit a competitive, sealed qualifications for the provision of Professional Engineering and Architectural Services – Service Center Addition (SCA). To expand and enhance our Public Works and Parks Service Center. Selection of professional services shall be conducted in accordance with: ? Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 327 ? Section 3.145 of the Webster Groves City Code – Policy and Procedure for the Procurement of Engineering, Architectural, and Land Surveying Services This project is designated as a Class A Project pursuant to Section 3.145(e)(2)(A), as the anticipated professional service fees exceed $5,000. Final selection is subject to approval by City Council.
