Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: NOTICE The City of Billings is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Facilities Management Services for City-owned facilities. Services include maintenance, repairs, project management, energy and security oversight, and administrative functions across multiple properties. A mandatory pre-proposal walk-through is scheduled for Monday, July 14, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Interested firms must submit an Intent to Respond form at least five (5) days prior to the mandatory walk-through deadline in order to participate. No proposal may be withdrawn or modified after the due date and time, unless and until the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding ninety (90) days. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals received, to waive irregularities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City of Billings, Montana.
