Impact Tutoring

BID OPENING DATE/TIME: Tuesday, December 09, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M.

The purpose of this addendum is to inform you of:

Subject: Correction of the Number of Available Tutoring Days.

Correction to RFP Sections 4.1 and 5.0

A discrepancy was identified in the RFP regarding the total number of tutoring

days for the program. Section 4.1 Length of Program states 56 available tutoring

days, while Section 5.0 Per-Scholar Payment Structure references 66 available

days.

To ensure consistency and accuracy for all respondents, the District issues the

following corrections:

Revised Program Duration and Number of Tutoring Days

The correct number of available tutoring days for the program is:

56 days

This reflects the program calendar from January 5, 2026 – March 31, 2026,

excluding district/state testing windows and scheduled holidays. Vendors should

base all pricing, staffing plans, and dosage models on 56 available tutoring

days, with sessions delivered 3 times per week, 30–45 minutes per session.

Revised Language

The following phrase in Section 5.0 is hereby updated:

Original (incorrect):

“All tutoring sessions (66 available days, 3 sessions per week per student).”

Revised (correct):

“All tutoring sessions (56 available days, 3 sessions per week per student).”

Purpose of Addendum

This correction ensures:

• All vendors are quoting based on the same number of instructional days.

• Programming expectations match the District's 12-week instructional

window.

• Pricing and implementation plans remain aligned to the District's intended

schedule.

End of Addendum #1

The vendor shall acknowledge Addendum No. 1 on the original "Proposal Form".

All other sections of this proposal shall remain the same
