Section 4.1 Length of Program states 56 available tutoringdays, while Section 5.0 Per-Scholar Payment Structure references 66 availabledays.To ensure consistency and accuracy for all respondents, the District issues thefollowing corrections:Revised Program Duration and Number of Tutoring DaysThe correct number of available tutoring days for the program is:56 daysThis reflects the program calendar from January 5, 2026 – March 31, 2026,excluding district/state testing windows and scheduled holidays. Vendors shouldbase all pricing, staffing plans, and dosage models on 56 available tutoringdays, with sessions delivered 3 times per week, 30–45 minutes per session.Revised LanguageThe following phrase in Section 5.0 is hereby updated:Original (incorrect):“All tutoring sessions (66 available days, 3 sessions per week per student).”Revised (correct):“All tutoring sessions (56 available days, 3 sessions per week per student).”Purpose of AddendumThis correction ensures:• All vendors are quoting based on the same number of instructional days.• Programming expectations match the District's 12-week instructionalwindow.• Pricing and implementation plans remain aligned to the District's intendedschedule.End of Addendum #1The vendor shall acknowledge Addendum No. 1 on the original "Proposal Form".All other sections of this proposal shall remain the sameMichele MaysPurchasing Coordinator | Office of Finance and Operations662 S.
