Sealed bids will be received by the City of Bisbee for reconfiguring the existing four-lane roadway into a three-lane roadway and adding a shared-use path (SUP) along SR 80, including demolition, paving, concrete, grading, drainage, signage, pavement marking, and traffic control improvements. The scope area is a 10–16-foot-wide asphalt concrete path along SR 80 (MP 341.50 to MP 342.80).
ANTICIPATED BID RANGE: Between $3,000,000 and $3,800,000
This project will connect Bisbee's historic downtown to surrounding neighborhoods, creating a more walkable, livable community while driving economic development in a rural Arizona setting. For contractors, it represents a distinctive portfolio of opportunity- delivering critical infrastructure in an underserved community with lasting regional impact.
