1. Price shall be one LOT and must equal the Total Evaluated Bid Price from the completed Excel Bid Price Sheet. Bidders must provide unit pricing for all line items listed in the Excel Bid Price Sheet. The Total Evaluated Bid Price will be calculated using the estimated quantities and unit prices listed in the Excel Bid Price Sheet. All line items are evaluated as part of the Total Evaluated Bid Price. Estimated quantities are for evaluation and planning purposes only and are not a guarantee of purchase volume. The resulting Master Agreement will allow the Department to order snowmobile trail signs and related stickers on an as-needed basis during the contract term. See Appendix B, Appendix C, and the Excel Bid Price Sheet for full specifications and requirements.	Specifications : Snowmobile trail signs and related stickers to create a Master Agreement for the Department. Bidders must complete and attach the Excel Bid Price Sheet.
