12SEP2026 - Amendment 0002 issued. Attached documentation with amendment SF30 uploaded. LIST OF CHANGES:

1. AMD 0002 Attachment 1 Specifications.pdf supersedes AMD 0001 Attachment 1 Specifications.pdf. Section 2.8 was added. No other changes were made to the specifications.

2. Clarification: No field installation, commissioning, or training is included in the requirement specifications.

3. Signed return of this Amendment SF30 is a requirement of the solicitation.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.



Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1354 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Carbon Flux Sensor and Tower.



This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516. This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
