Total volume of purchases for cafeteria trays is approximately 32,000 cases (400 count/case) annually.  DFNS intends to transition from a 1-compartment tray to a 3-compartment tray during the first 12 months post award.  Bidders should anticipate higher order volumes for the 1-compartment tray during months 1-6, a dual purchase transition period and a shift in order volume to primarily the 3-compartment tray for school year 2027-2028.
