RFP #25-03 – Wide Area Network (WAN) Services – E-Rate

NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING BIDS FOR THIS WORK:

You are hereby notified of the following changes, clarifications or modifications to the original Contract

Documents, Project Manual, Drawings, Specifications, and subsequent Addenda. This Addendum shall

supersede the original; Contract Documents, and previous Addenda wherein it contradicts the same and shall

take precedence over anything to the contrary therein. All other conditions remain unchanged.

CHANGES AND/OR CLARIFICATIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL, CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, DRAWINGS AND

SPECIFICATIONS:

CLARIFICATION/ADDITIONS TO THE PROJECT MANUAL

Question 1:

Will OSD be providing the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and 20AMP’s of Power?

Answer:

Yes, OSD will provide UPS and 20 AMP power.

Question 2:

Is there a page that shows current hardware that is being used in the network? If not, could you provide some

information on the equipment being connected?

Answer:

We have Extreme X465-24XE and Juniper EX4400-24X network switches for the handoff.
