Notes:

PROJECT INFORMATION: The County is seeking the services of a qualified commissioning agent or firm for a new construction project. A new Justice Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota, with associated site improvements. The Justice Center includes, but is not limited to, a Jail, Sheriff’s Office, Courts, Court Administration, and Attorneys' Offices.

The services encompass 1) Building automation systems 2) HVAC systems 3) Plumbing 4) Life/Safety Systems and 5) Electrical Systems.

This project is currently in the Construction Document Development phase. The contract will be awarded to a single consultant. The Building Enclosure Commissioning is under a separate contract.

AWARD: Proposals submitted in response to this RFP shall be valid for 120 days. The County of Stearns reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, to award the contract in whole or in part, and to award to the vendor the County determines is in the County’s best interest.
