The Department of Design and Construction is seeking a M/WBE vendor to provide special inspection services for the Queens Criminal Courthouse Facade and Roof Restoration project (CO296RF). The vendor must be DOB certified to be eligible to bid in this solicitation. The purpose of this project is to restore all the facades and roofs to safe conditions in compliance with the Local Law 11/98 façade inspection safety program. For more information, please see Scope of Services memo document included in this solicitation.
