NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

INVITATION FOR BIDS

The Maine Bureau of General Services of the State of Maine Department of

Administrative and Financial Services is conducting a competitive bid

process for the Daschlager House Renovations Project (BGS #3560) at

Daschlager House in Augusta, Maine. Bids will be opened and read aloud

by the Bureau of General Services at 2:00 p.m. March 26, 2026. The project

involves the renovation and addition to a historic two and a half story, 19th

century structure, presently used as state offices. The detailed Notice to
