Description

Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) is intending to procure all labor, supervision, construction meetings, mobilization, demobilization, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, and conveyances necessary to construct security gates, fencing, and concrete work at the DISTRICT’S York Operations Center (YOC), located at 907 West 25th Street, York, Nebraska and all other requirements as specified in these Contract Documents.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details

A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for prospective Bidders will be held at the DISTRICT’S (YOC), located at 907 West 25th Street, York, Nebraska at 10:00 a.m., CDT, August 6, 2026. Following the pre-bid meeting all prospective Bidders will then visit the site. The purpose of the site visit will be to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract specifications and to familiarize the Bidder with the project site layout. It is imperative that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. Bids will not be accepted from any Bidder not in attendance at the pre-bid meeting. If you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit, please email Greg Trofholz at gatrofh@nppd.com, and Jared Henke at jdhenke@nppd.com before 12:00 p.m. August 3, 2026, with the names of those attending and the company they represent.
