Scio Township Hall HVAC Replacement Project

Scio Township is requesting design-build GMP proposals, including engineering and all labor and materials, to replace three rooftop HVAC units with a ground source heat pump system. The purpose of this RFP is to find a qualified company to complete this project at Scio Township Hall in 2025.

Optional walkthrough January 21, 2025 at 3 pm

Bids due by 3:45 pm February 6, 2025

Project Funding: Scio Township and EGLE Community Energy Management Grant

Bids will be received electronically AND one original with signature
