Description: The City of Little Canada is seeking to retain a qualified architectural and engineering (A/E) firm to provide professional design services for the construction of a new community building. The selected firm will work with City Staff, the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) and key stakeholders to provide schematic design, design development, construction documents, cost estimating and construction administration services for a new community building at Pioneer Park. Project Schedule The following schedule is provided for planning purposes and is subject to change at the City’s discretion: • RFP Issued: February 12, 2026 • Pre-Proposal Conference: February 23, 2026 • Questions Deadline: February 27, 2026 • Proposals Due: March 13, 2026 • Evaluation & Interviews (if conducted): March 2026 • City Council Authorization: March 25, 2026 • Schematic Design Phase Completion: June 30, 2026 • Construction Anticipated: 2027 Please see the attached Request for Proposals document to all qualifications, specifications, and instructions.
