Project Description: The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified vendors for the renewal of Cisco Smartnet Hardware/Software support contracts. All devices must remain or be added to our current contracts for each category of support. The support contract end dates should be September 30, 2026, unless the equipment has reached its “LDOS” (Last Day of Support) prior to that date.
