ORDER OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
IT IS ORDERED by the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS that the clerk of the Board cause to be published for two consecutive weeks in “The Panolian”, newspaper published in Batesville, MS and having a general circulation in said County the following notice:
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice that the Board of Supervisors of Panola County, MS on Monday, January 6, 2025 will receive bids until 9:00 a.m. at which time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest and best bidder for the following items for the year 2025.

Railroad tanker cars for culvert purposes
Asphalt Paving Price per Ton $_______________. Asphalt paving 15-75 tons. Includes all labor, mobilization, trucking, and anything else necessary to lay asphalt in Panola County, Mississippi.  15 ton minimum.  No county trucking in the 15-75 ton range.  Asphalt provided by Panola County.  Price per ton includes picking up asphalt from Batesville plant, Hernando Plant or Oxford Plant.
Asphalt Paving Price per Ton $_______________. Asphalt paving 76 tons and above without county trucking.  Includes all labor, mobilization, trucking, and anything else necessary to lay asphalt in Panola County, Mississippi.  Asphalt provided by Panola County.  Price per ton includes picking up asphalt from Batesville plant, Hernando Plant or Oxford Plant.
Asphalt Paving Price per Ton $_______________. Asphalt patching 76 tons and above with county trucking.  Includes all labor, mobilization, trucking, and anything else necessary to lay asphalt in Panola County, Mississippi.  Asphalt provided by Panola County.  Trucking provided by Panola County.            Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the County Administrator, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 or at www.centralbidding.com  until 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2025 at this time bids will be opened, examined, compared and contracts awarded to the lowest or highest and best bidders.  The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
