The project involves the removal and replacement of the existing driveway, pedestrian ramps, courtyard pavement, and parking surface, including the replacement of existing drainage systems and catch basins. The sub-base will be filled and compacted to ensure stability, followed by the installation of new asphalt and curbs. It also includes the replacement of site lighting, sections of sidewalk, and the existing cellar door. The scope also covers the refurbishment of fences and gates, installation of a new access control system for both vehicle and pedestrian gates, and the addition of a new storage shed.
