Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide concrete bin blocks of the size 8’x2’x2’ is preferred but 6’x2’x2’ is acceptable. All deliveries must be made via a vehicle that can be unloaded by a forklift, typically a tractor trailer or box truck by Maryland Environmental Service (MES) personnel.
