Prevailing Local Time on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, by mail or delivered by hand to the drop box located outside the front entrance of Village Hall, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois, 60558-0528 immediately after which time and at such place all bids will be publicly opened.
