The City of Warner Robins will receive bids for the purchase of Mosquito Spray in 55 gallon drums.

The contractor must submit detailed information on proposed mosquito spray such as ingredients, kill factor, residual value, harm levels to humans and/or animals, must be EPA registered, come in 55 gallon drums and be ready to use (no mixing) with the fogger application method.

All bids must include, but not be limited to, the following:

a) Manufacturer Specification Sheet and MSDS Sheet must accompany proposal;

b) Contractor must supply samples upon request;

c) Cost.

All questions and clarifications must be submitted through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

The bid will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.

The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive formalities, technicalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City of Warner Robins to be in its best interest.
