There will be an “Optional” Site-Visit Thursday March 12, 2026, at 10:00 am. located atMedford City Hall 85 George P. Hassett Drive, Medford, Ma 02155. All questions are due by 10:00 am.Wednesday, March 18, 2026.It is the responsibility of prospective proposers to check www.BidNetDirect.com for new information viaany addenda to this solicitation. Any addenda issued will be emailed to all plan holders registered withBidNetDirect.Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and WorkforceDevelopment under the provision of Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L.) c. 149, § 26 to 27D, asamended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Bidder, before bid opening, to request, ifnecessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those tradespeople who may beemployed for the proposed work under this Contract.The bidding and Award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M.
