Notes	:	ANNUAL RENEWAL REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FROM CURRENT PRE-QUALIFIED GENERAL CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES FOR RENEWAL OF PRE-QUALIFICATION STATUS FOR VALENCIA COLLEGE (COLLEGE) CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS OF ALL DOLLAR LEVELS. The District Board of Trustees of Valencia College (hereinafter called the “College”) requests qualification statements from qualified general contracting firms interested in renewing their pre-qualification status for the College’s construction projects of all dollar levels. General Contractors (hereinafter called the “Contractor”) must be prequalified annually to be eligible to compete in construction projects at all dollar levels that arise during the qualification period. Qualification Renewal Period: July 1, 2025-June 30, 2026 PLEASE NOTE: Firms who are NOT currently pre-qualified and submit through this RFQu will be automatically disqualified. If your firm is NOT pre-qualified and would like to be considered for Pre-Qualification please visit RFQu 2025-21 for instructions of submitting Qualification Statements.
