The City of Kingsland is seeking quotes for a pilot program supplying 100 cellular AMI retrofit

registers (endpoint encoders/transmitters; no meter body replacement) for existing 5/8"

Neptune T-10 pit meters. Pilot tests cellular performance (hourly reads, leak alerts, customer

portal) in targeted areas like Harriet's Bluff, North Shore, and Meadows.

Scope of Work and Minimum Specifications

 Quantity: 100 units of 5/8" cellular pit registers or equal.

 Key Specs:

o Multi-carrier cellular (Verizon/AT&T LTE-M/NB-IoT) endpoint, compatible with

existing Neptune T-10 meter bodies.

o Hourly interval reads, leak/tamper/low-battery alerts.

o Cloud-based SaaS platform integration for staff/customer access.

o Lead-free bronze, NSF/ANSI 61 certified, AWWA C700 compliant.

o Battery life: 10+ years; warranty: 5 years minimum.

 Subscription: Annual SaaS + cellular data plan quoted separately per unit.

 Deliverables: FOB Destination (691 North Lee Street, Kingsland, GA); demo portal

access, staff training. Delivery within 60 days of award. "Or Equal" Allowed (e.g., Badger,

Sensus equivalents matching form/fit/function).
