INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of PINE LAKE (City) is seeking proposals from a qualified firm(s) to provide on-call general municipal engineering services related to but not limited to:  general consulting; civil engineering; surveying; management of Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs); project design (water, sewer, stormwater, environmental, permitting, and roadway infrastructure); construction support and other civil engineering and/or community development projects deemed necessary by the City.

GOAL

The City’s intent is to retain a company(s) with the qualifications and staff resources necessary to perform any and/or all of the following: planning, designing, bidding, environmental, permitting, and construction oversight phases of various projects deemed to be in the best interest of the City.  The successful company(s) will provide services for the City as outlined in the Scope of Services.

Questions shall be emailed to neddagenhard@pinelakega.net Attention: Pine Lake City Engineer Bid No.   Questions will be received up to Tuesday April 8, 2025 at 3:00 pm. Responses will be made through an addendum. Respondents shall provide email address on facsimile and/or at time of package request and/or pick up.  Submittals will be opened for review on TuesdayApril 15, 2025 @ 2:00 pm.

Submittals in the case of Corporations not chartered in Georgia, must be accompanied by proper certification stating that said Corporation is authorized to do business in the State of Georgia.

The Owner will award the Contract to the most responsive and qualified submittal, subject with the Owner's right to reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest
