Description: This project intends to retain a qualified concrete contractor to remove damaged concrete and pour new concrete at Fire Station #2. The project consists of two distinct areas: a heavy-duty apparatus/driveway area requiring an 8-inch depth. The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal. Area 1: Driveway / Heavy-Duty Pad Replacement ? Location: Fire Station #2 (9010 Ridgewood Road) ? Total Area: Approximately ninety (90) square feet. ? Depth Requirement: Eight (8) inches of finished concrete thickness. ? Specifications: Must be reinforced to support the heavy emergency apparatus (fire trucks) weight loads. Area 2: Rear Sidewalk Replacement ? Location: Fire Station #4 (3101 9th Street) - Rear of the station. ? Total Area: Approximately three hundred (300) square feet. ? Depth Requirement: Four (4) inches of finished concrete thickness. ? Specifications: Standard pedestrian finish. Please see full RFQ for additional details.
