To whom it may concern,

In response to our recent conversation or quotation, we would like to

inform you that we are the SoleManufacturer of Cuff Man, Numb John

XT, and other related products. We do not have any distributors

with exclusive rights to sell our equipment. We have been operating in

this capacity for over 52 years,

providing a variety of Law Enforcement and Public Safety training

products.

Unique features of Cuff-Man:

1. Cuff Man is the only arrest and control training dummy that has

flexible wrists, elbows,

(locking elbows for arm bar techniques), flexible shoulders, hips, knees

and molded hands for

a realistic feel during training.

2. Cuff Man does not need to be suspended from rope or cable

allowing for realistic training

techniques without confinement to a suspending cable.

3. Cuff Man is a positional arrest and control dummy that allow officers

to practice the full

sweeping motion of moving a suspects hands from the back of the

head to a cuffing position

behind the back.

4. Cuff Man is the only arrest and control dummy that can be placed

standing, front or back; or

lying down; prone or supine, or in a kneeling position. Thus allowing for

a multitude of hand

cuffing techniques.

6. With our optional Taser vest fitted to Cuff Man, one can perform

Taser Training and “Cuffing

Under Load”

Unique features of Numb John and Numb John XT:

1. This is the only Free Standing, human featured Full Impact baton

training device available.

2. Numb John XT is the only training dummy that is soft enough to

punch, yet durable enough to

tolerate expandable batons and Less Lethal ballistics.

3. This is not a suspended product, therefore it does not require a

dedicated training area.

4. Numb John`s mobile capabilities allow him to be moved out doors or

on a shooting range.

5. Numb John`s various uses include, baton training, kicking, martial

arts practice.

6. This is the only training dummy that comes with a limited (2) year

warranty.

7. Average life span of Numb John has been 15-20 yrs. (depending on

use).

8. Numb John XT includes all of the above features and will also

tolerate Expandable baton use.

It is the only 3-D full featured target for Less Lethal Ballistics use.

9. With our optional ECD vest fitted to Numb John, Taser X-Rep

training can also be performed.

and Military agencies worldwide

including U.S. Navy, Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard Training
