Project Description: The work of this contract shall consist of the following: 1. Balance the existing and new air devices to the airflows indicated on the drawings. 2. Clean the interior surfaces of all existing to remain ductwork. 3. Flush / clean existing to remain reheat coils. 4. Provide a redundant chilled water booster pump. 5. Provide a new air terminal unit to serve staff workroom 1H. 6. Replace controls for existing exhaust fans and exterior lighting. In addition to the work described above, the sequence of operations shall be modified as required to accommodate the equipment upgrade.
Add Alternates are as follow:
1. Add Alternate-1: Replace existing air devices as indicated in the drawings.
2. Add Alternate-2: Replace existing ceiling tiles and paint ceiling grid as indicated in the drawings.
