Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is pleased to provide this public notice regarding the solicitation of detailed proposals from Bidders interested in professional janitorial cleaning services and general sanitary maintenance at the following two (2) buildings: 4320 and 4450 Diplomacy Drive, Anchorage, AK 99508. A Scope of Work, including specifications for services to be provided, is located in Exhibit A.
Notice of this RFP will remain posted until deadline for proposal submittal. All information and details regarding this RFP are as presented in the RFP document, provided here in Adobe Acrobat format.

Background and History1.1 SCF HistorySouthcentral Foundation (SCF) is an Alaska Native-owned, nonprofit health care organizationserving nearly 70,000 Alaska Native and American Indian people living in Anchorage, Matanuska-Susitna Valley and nearby villages in the Anchorage Service Unit. Incorporated in 1982 under thetribal authority of Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI), SCF is the largest of the CIRI nonprofits, employingmore than 2,700 people in more than 80 programs.1.2 Vision and Mission StatementSCF’s vision is a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness;its mission is to work together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health andrelated services. The organization has developed and implemented comprehensive health-relatedservices to meet the changing needs of the Native Community to enhance culture and empowerindividuals and families to take charge of their lives.1.3 SCF FacilitiesSCF offers a wide range of health and wellness services for Alaska Native and American Indianpeople living in Anchorage and the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, and nearby villages. They alsoprovide regional support to residents of 55 rural villages in the Anchorage Service Unit, ageographical area stretching 107,400 square miles across Southcentral Alaska – extending fromthe Canadian border on the east to the Aleutian Chain and Pribilof Islands on the west.2RFP SCF25-1177Section 2. General Information2.1 Purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP)SCF is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing professional janitorialcleaning services and general sanitary maintenance at the following two (2) buildings: 4320 and4450 Diplomacy Drive, Anchorage, AKThe approximate square footage for the building located at 4320 Diplomacy Drive is 178,570 witha combination of carpeting and hard surface flooring. This facility is typically open Monday-Fridayfrom 7am until 6pm. and Saturdays 8 am – 5 pm. There are some late clinics, but these should notalter the cleaning schedule as areas still serving clients will be cleaned last after the clients havebeen served.The approximate square footage of 4450 Diplomacy Drive that will be cleaned is approximately9,000 square feet, including vestibules and interior stairwells.Southcentral Foundation requires that the facility be cleaned and maintained at a level ofcommensurate quality with the highest standards of professional healthcare janitorial services.Following the schedule guidelines set forth in the Scope of Work.2.2 Contract PeriodThe contract term shall begin with the selection of a winning Proposer in November 2025. Thetargeted timeframe for the scope of work to be completed is between 3 years with an option toextend once – 3-year extension which may be exercised by Southcentral Foundation.2.3 Proposer RegistrationProposers must register with the SCF Purchasing Agent by emailingSCFPurchasing@southcentralfoundation.com no later than November 6, 2025. Include the RFPNumber and title in the subject line of the email when you register. Send Proposer contact name,title, email, phone, and address. Failure to register with SCF Purchasing by the above deadline mayresult in the rejection of your Proposal.
