Description: Sealed Bids for the construction of the Pleasant Park 1.5 MG Elevated Water Tank will be received by The Town of Apex, at the Town of Apex Water Resources Department Building, 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, North Carolina, 27502 until 11:00 AM local time on October 22, 2024 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  The Project consists of constructing 1.5 MG Elevated Water Tank (Composite Style) and 190 LF of 20” water main. Publication Date/Time: 9/20/2024 7:00 AM Closing Date/Time: 10/22/2024 11:00 AM Plan & Spec Available: Bidding Documents also may be examined at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm; online at Dodge Construction, Construct Connect, and North American Procurement Council, Inc; and the office of the Town of Apex Water Resources Department, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Prospective Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents upon the submittal of the non-refundable fee, as listed below, to the attention of Ms. Jen Acevedo (jacevedo@thewootencompany.com) at the Issuing Office Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 4PM Miscellaneous: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on October 3, 2024 at the Town of Apex Water Resources Department, 105-B Upchurch St., Apex, NC 27502.
