SUBJECT:  The hangar to be leased is located in Brown County, South Dakota, to wit: “A steel hangar approximately 60 feet by 90 feet located between the FBO areas on the general aviation ramp in Section Twenty-One (21), Township One Hundred Twenty-Three (123), Range Sixty-Three (63), West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Brown County, South Dakota”.
