Refrigerator and Microwave Appliances Services

“Southern Connecticut State University (“SCSU” or “the University”) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive, service-based compact refrigerator and microwave program for its residential facilities. The University seeks a full-service solution; including supply, delivery, installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, and removal; rather than the purchase of equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for end-to-end program management, ensuring equipment meets applicable safety and energy standards and that services are delivered efficiently with minimal disruption to residential operations and in alignment with academic housing schedules.”
